Where are the Volterra communities?

Volterra at Solivita Marketplace is at 4602 Marigold Avenue in Kissimmee. You’ll find us 4 miles south of Poinciana on Marigold Avenue in Kissimmee. From west or east, follow Cypress Parkway toward Solivita and turn north on Marigold Avenue. That’s less than a half-hour southeast from downtown ChampionsGate and our sister community.

Volterra at ChampionsGate is at 8400 ChampionsGate Boulevard in ChampionsGate. Conveniently located across from the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, we’re just off the new Poinciana Parkway. Travel between both or communities is simple with our scheduled transportation and shared amenities approach. We’re less than a half-hour northwest of Solivita Marketplace.

Can residents keep their cars, and if so, is parking provided?

Yes, you certainly can. We’ll provide plenty of convenient parking, and you can come and go as you please.

Do you offer assisted living or memory care?

Yes, Volterra will provide both assisted living and memory care residences – staffed 24/7 by compassionate, licensed professionals.

What does a typical floor plan look like?

Independent living floor plans will be modern and open. You’ll find plenty of natural light, a well-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, individual heating and air conditioning controls, and comfortable spaces for relaxation and entertaining. Balconies, terraces, and islands or breakfast bars are featured in several floor plans. Emergency response systems are in all assisted living apartments. What does it cost to live at Volterra?

Residency agreements include services, amenities, a cost of living fee — in fact, what you pay to live in a Volterra community isn’t rent as much as it’s a lifestyle investment. For your monthly fee, you get the fun and fulfilling Volterra life. Here you’ll avoid the large upfront entrance fee, and you can expect that your rate can be affected by the need for support services such as assisted living or memory care. What services and amenities are included?

We know when daily life is simplified, you’ll be more at ease doing everything you’d like to do. So, we offer you a bevy of great services and amenities — including wellness programs, a pool and fitness center, salon and spa, dinner theater, and meeting and social spaces. Our housekeeping and laundry services keep you free from such domestic responsibilities. Scheduled transportation can get you out for medical appointments, worship and shopping. And if you need anything else, call on our 24/7 concierge services.

What utilities are included?

Yes, all utilities — basic cable TV, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating and air conditioning, and trash — are included in the monthly cost. Phone service isn’t included, but through our partnership with a technology support company, you can count on assistance with Wi-Fi and technology troubleshooting.

Are housekeeping and maintenance services provided?

All Volterra senior living residences are 100% maintenance-free. Courteous and proficient housekeeping services are provided twice monthly in independent living and weekly in assisted living and memory care. Daily room freshening is included in assisted living and memory care. Weekly flat linen service is provided in assisted living and for an additional fee if independent residents wish to utilize this service. You can expect prompt and thorough repair services, whenever needed. And meticulously maintained landscaping will make you proud to live here.

How does the cost of Volterra senior living compare to owning a home?

While individual circumstances differ, many will find that the cost of living at Volterra at Solivita Marketplace or ChampionsGate compares favorably to the costs of homeownership.
